Files

When you register on our website and become a user, we store all the personal data you provide in your account. Each user can view, edit and delete his/her personal data at any time (with the exception of the user name). Website administrators can also view and edit this data.

Your rights

If you have an account on this website, or if you have ever posted a comment here or purchased a product, you can request to receive a data export file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including that which you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. These two requirements do not apply to data that we are required by law to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitors’ comments can be checked using an automated spam search service.

Direct marketing

We use and process your personal data (email address) for the purpose of direct marketing on the basis of the consent you provide by entering your personal data on our website. For the purpose of direct marketing, we will also process the email address of our customers, their representatives and employees on the basis of legitimate interest, unless the customer does not consent to such marketing messages in the terms of service or expresses his/her opposition by contacting us. If you choose not to provide your personal data, we will not be able to keep you informed about the newsletter.

We store and process your personal data for direct marketing purposes for as long as you are our active customer, and for 3 years in cases where the direct marketing is based on your consent.

E-mail application form

We use and process your personal data (full name, email address and the content of your request) that you have sent to our email inboxes in order to respond to your requests on the basis of our legitimate interests, i.e. in relation to the exercise of our professional activities and the control of the security and confidentiality of information. If you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.

Your personal data will be stored for the purpose of responding to enquiries for a maximum period of 1 year.
