Attention: the returned item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must retain its commercial appearance. All tags, protective films, and other original elements must be preserved.

Personalized items, including name-printed jerseys, are not exchangeable and non-returnable.

Returns and warranty for goods in the online store shop.ltu.basketball are carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts regulating consumer rights.

1. Return of goods of proper quality

If the item does not suit you, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The returned item must be:

  • unused, unworn, and unwashed;
  • undamaged and retaining its commercial appearance;
  • with preserved tags and other original elements;
  • returned together with the proof of purchase document and a completed return form.

The seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned item if the return conditions specified on this page have not been met.

2. Non-returnable items

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items are those that have been produced or customized according to an individual order.

  • name-printed jerseys;
  • personalized apparel with a custom inscription;
  • other items produced according to the buyer’s individual order.

Also, due to hygiene and other exceptions provided by law, some items may be non-returnable, for example underwear products, socks, or other items subject to legal restrictions.

3. Defective or incorrectly delivered items

If you have received a defective item or the wrong item has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

In such a case, the Seller undertakes to accept the item and, depending on the situation, offer one of the following solutions:

  • replace the item with an equivalent suitable item;
  • eliminate the defects of the item, if possible;
  • refund the paid amount if replacement or repair is not possible.

Under the law, the seller is responsible for non-conformity of goods that becomes apparent within 2 years from the date of delivery.

4. How to return a product?

To return a product, please complete the product return form and submit it together with the returned item in one of the following ways:

  • send the item back to the store;
  • or deliver it directly to the address: Santakos str. 11, LT-44279 Kaunas .

5. Return costs

If you chose DPD delivery when placing your order and received a return code, you do not need to pay any additional return fees in Lithuania.

In all other cases, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

When returning items from abroad, the return costs are also the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will refund the money to the account specified at the time of purchase.

The refund for returned items will be transferred no later than within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.

The time it takes for the funds to be credited may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

7. Item Exchange

We currently do not offer a separate item exchange service. If you would like a product in a different color, size, or model, please return the unsuitable item and place a new order.
