Attention! The item must be unused and retain its original appearance (tags intact, protective films not removed, etc.).
Personalized t-shirts are non-returnable.
Goods returns are carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of June 29, 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items”.
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
Items are returned to the Official Lithuanian Basketball Merchandise Store (Santakos st. 11, Kaunas. Working hours: Tue-Fri 10:00-17:00, break from 12:00-13:00, Sat 11:00-16:00).
The seller has the right to refuse to accept returned goods if the return requirements have not been followed.
If an incorrect or faulty item is received, the seller agrees to accept the return and replace it with an identical suitable item. If such an item is not available, the buyer will be refunded for the item and its delivery costs.
If the buyer damages the item by choosing the wrong size or model, we are not obliged to refund or replace the item. Money is not refunded for items damaged due to improper use or selection.
Personalized clothing (with a custom order name or inscription) cannot be returned or exchanged.
According to Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, underwear, bodysuits, face masks, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. Money for returned items will be transferred to the buyer’s account specified at the time of purchase within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
If the item did not meet the buyer’s expectations, it can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Can I return an order?
Yes, all items purchased on shop.ltu.basketball can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If the quality of the items has deteriorated, we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount accordingly. Personalized t-shirts, made to order, cannot be returned.
How to return an order?
Fill out the goods return form along with the unsuitable items and send them back to the store or deliver them to: Santakos g. 11, LT-44279 Kaunas (Official Lithuanian Basketball Merchandise Store).
Are there any return fees?
In Lithuania: If you selected DPD as the delivery method when placing the order, there are no return fees. You should have received a return code with the delivery, which you can use to return the order. Otherwise, the return fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
In other countries: Return fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
When will I receive a refund for the returned items?
Once we receive the returned items, the corresponding amount will be transferred to your account within 14 days. The time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or credit provider.
Can I exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer exchange services. If you want a different color or size, please return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order for an alternative item.
