As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number and a tracking link. By following this link, you will be able to see where your parcel currently is and when delivery is expected.
Yes, you can! During checkout, you will have the option to choose in-store pickup.
Please note that delivery options, including in-store pickup, only appear once a full delivery address is entered in the order form. Therefore, you will still need to provide your address when filling in your order details.

Payment
In our online store, you can pay using the method most convenient for you:
1. Online payment (Montonio)
Payments are processed via the secure Montonio payment platform. Through Montonio, you can pay by:
- online banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut, etc.)
- bank card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- other payment methods supported by Montonio
During checkout, you will be redirected to a secure Montonio payment page where you can choose your payment method and confirm the payment.
Once the payment is completed successfully, you will be automatically redirected back to our online store.
2. Bank transfer
You can also make a standard bank transfer to our account. In the payment reference, you must indicate the order number, which you will receive by email after placing your order.
If payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Payment on delivery is not available. Orders must be paid for in advance using one of the offered electronic payment methods.
Your order is prepared and handed over for delivery only after successful payment is received. This ensures faster order processing and smooth dispatch of goods.
Yes, you can. Send us an email at shop@ltu.basketball and we will issue a proforma invoice for payment by bank transfer.
No, payment when collecting the order in the physical store is not available.
If you choose pickup at the store in Kaunas (Santakos g. 11), payment must be made in advance using the selected electronic payment method or bank transfer. The order is prepared only after payment is received, and once it is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email.
If your payment failed, first check whether all details were entered correctly and whether you have sufficient funds in your account.

Returns
You can return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and must not have lost their original appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed).
Please complete the product return form and send it together with the product, or deliver it to the following address:
Santakos g. 11, LT-44279 Kaunas (Official Lithuanian National Basketball Team merchandise store).
Please note that named (personalised) jerseys, as well as underwear, bodysuits, face masks, and socks, cannot be exchanged or returned in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Refunds for returned products are transferred to your account no later than within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
The refund processing time may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you would like to purchase a different size or model, please return the unsuitable item and place a new order for the desired product. Once we receive the returned item, your money will be refunded.
Yes, the returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, with all labels and protective films intact.
Returned items must not have been worn or otherwise used. If the product does not meet these conditions, the seller has the right to refuse the return or reduce the refunded amount.

Such products will be replaced with equivalent items of proper quality.
If replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the product and shipping costs.
Orders
To place an order, select the items you want, add them to your cart, and click “Checkout”.
Fill in the order form – enter your delivery details, choose the delivery and payment method, and confirm your order.
Once the payment is completed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
No, you do not need to create an account – you can also shop as a guest.

If you still cannot find the email, it is possible that an incorrect email address was entered. Our team will check the order status and resend the confirmation.

If the order has already been handed over for delivery, we will no longer be able to cancel or change it – in that case, you will need to wait for the parcel and use your right to return the product within 14 days.

Sizes and product information
You will find a size chart next to each product to help you choose the most suitable option according to your body measurements.
We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing its dimensions with those provided in the chart.
If the selected product does not include a size chart, please email us at shop@ltu.basketball – we will provide all the necessary information and help you choose the right size.
Yes, most of our clothing follows standard European sizing, but depending on the model or material, some products may be slightly narrower or looser.
Please note that tie-dye T-shirts and sweatshirts have a non-standard fit – they run slightly small. Therefore, we recommend checking the size chart provided in the product description and, in many cases, choosing one size larger than you would normally wear.
Most of our clothing is made from high-quality cotton or a cotton and polyester blend, ensuring comfort, durability, and easy care.
The composition of each product is listed in the product description – we recommend reviewing it before purchase.
Follow the care instructions provided on the garment label.
General recommendations:
• Wash the garment inside out at a temperature no higher than 30 °C;
• Do not use bleach or strong chemical agents;
• Iron on the inside, avoiding direct contact with prints or logos;
• Do not tumble dry unless explicitly stated as permitted.
Properly cared-for garments will retain their colour, shape, and quality much longer.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more comfortable fit and greater freedom of movement.
