Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link. By following this link, you can see the current location of your shipment and the estimated delivery date.

Yes, you can! During payment, you will have the option to choose in-store pickup.

Please note that delivery options (including in-store pickup) will only appear once a full delivery address is entered in the order form. Therefore, you will still need to provide your address when filling out your order information.

Checkout

In our online store, you can pay using the method that is most convenient for you:

1. Online payment (Montonio)
Payments are processed through the secure Montonio payment platform. Through Montonio, you can pay using:

  • online banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut, etc.)
  • bank card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • other payment methods supported by Montonio

During payment, you will be redirected to a secure Montonio payment page, where you can choose your payment method and confirm the payment.
After a successful payment, you will be automatically redirected back to our online store.

2. Bank Transfer
You can also make a standard bank transfer to our account. Please include your order number in the payment reference, which you will receive by email after placing your order.
If the payment is not completed within 5 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment on delivery is not available. The order must be paid in advance using one of the offered online payment methods.

The order will be prepared and sent for delivery only after successful payment has been received. This ensures faster order processing and smooth shipment of your items.

Yes, you can. Send us an email. Email us at shop@ltu.basketball, and we will send you a pro forma invoice for payment by bank transfer.

No, payment upon pickup at the physical store is not available.

If you choose in-store pickup in Kaunas (Santakos St. 11), payment must be made in advance via an online payment method or bank transfer. The order will be prepared only after payment is received, and you will be notified by email once it is ready for pickup.

If the payment was unsuccessful, first check that all details were entered correctly and that there are sufficient funds in your account.

Return

You can return products within 14 days of receiving them.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition (labels intact, protective films not removed).

Fill out the product return form and send it along with the item, or deliver it to the following address:
Santakos str. 11, LT-44279 Kaunas (Official store of the Lithuanian national basketball team merchandise).

Please note that personalized (custom) T-shirts, as well as underwear, bodysuits, face masks, and socks cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Refunds for returned items will be transferred to your account within no later than 14 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

The refund processing time may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

We do not currently offer exchange services.

If you want to purchase a different size or model, please return the item that doesn’t fit and place a new order for the desired product. Once we receive the returned item, your payment will be refunded.

Yes, the returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, with all labels and protective films intact.

Returned items must not be worn or otherwise used. If the item does not meet these conditions, the seller has the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us by email immediately at shop@ltu.basketball or visit our store. Santakos str. 11, Kaunas.
We will replace such items with equivalent products of proper quality.

If a replacement is not possible, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the item and shipping.

Orders

To place an order, select the products you want, add them to your cart, and click “Checkout.”

Fill out the order form – enter your delivery details, choose a shipping and payment method, and confirm your order.
Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

No, you don’t need to create an account – you can shop as a guest.

If the order has already been handed over for delivery, we will not be able to cancel or change it – in this case, you will need to wait for the shipment and use your right to return the items within 14 days.

Sizes and product information

Each product includes a size chart to help you choose the best option based on your measurements.
We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing its dimensions with those provided in the chart.

If a size chart is not available for the selected product, please email us at shop@ltu.basketball – we will provide all the necessary information and help you choose the right size.

Yes, most of our clothing follows standard European sizing. However, depending on the model or material, some items may fit slightly tighter or looser.

Please note that Tie-dye T-shirts and sweatshirts have a non-standard fit and run slightly small. We recommend checking the size chart provided in the product description and, in most cases, choosing one size larger than your usual size.

Most of our clothing is made from high-quality cotton or a cotton-polyester blend, ensuring comfort, durability, and easy care.

The composition of each product is indicated in the product description – we recommend checking it before making a purchase.

Follow the care instructions provided on the garment’s label.

General recommendations:
• Wash the garment inside out at a temperature no higher than 30 °C;
• Do not use bleach or strong chemical agents;
• Iron on the inside, avoiding direct contact with prints or logos;
• Do not tumble dry unless explicitly allowed.

Properly cared-for garments will retain their color, shape, and quality for much longer.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more comfortable fit that won’t restrict movement.
